Does the card need an app?

No app is needed. The customer taps the card with a phone that supports NFC, or scans the QR code with the phone's camera.

What if the phone doesn't support NFC?

The customer scans the QR code on the card with the phone's camera, and the same link opens.

Does the card also have a QR code?

Yes, every card has both NFC and a QR code.

Can I add my business logo?

Yes. Design and logo printing are included in the price, and you approve the design before printing.

Can I choose any link?

Yes, we connect the card to the link you choose.

Can one card open several links?

Each card opens one link. If you want several links, it can be connected to a page that brings your links together, which has an extra cost.

Can each card have a different use?

Yes. In packages, each card can have a different use and link.

How long do preparation and delivery take?

Preparation and delivery are completed within one business week.

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping is free within Egypt on orders of EGP 2,000 or more. Otherwise, shipping is charged separately based on your location.

Do you ship outside Egypt?

Yes, and the shipping cost depends on your location.
